HOW THIS POLICY APPLIES
This Policy has two parts so you can clearly understand which rules apply to specific data uses:
Part A — Financial Privacy Notice (“Financial Track”)
Applies to nonpublic personal information collected in relation to your loan offer request, and to any credit information we obtain with your written instructions (such as a soft credit inquiry) to evaluate you for financial solutions.
Part B — State Privacy Laws (“State Track”)
Applies to information processed on this site related to site telemetry, device analytics, or general website browsing interactions.
If information you submit relates to a financial-product request, our Financial Privacy rules apply even if the same identifiers also appear in other browsing contexts.
